• Download and install the Ignite HomeConnect (Shaw) app on your smartphone
• Launch the app and sign in using your MyShaw username and password

Requirements:
• Ignite WiFi Gateway modem (formerly Shaw Gateway Modem)
• ShawID username and password to access the app
• App designed for smartphone use only
